SACN is an UK wide advisory committee set up to advise the UK Health Department as well as the Food Standards Agency, and is supported by a joint secretariat of the Department of Health and the Food Standards Agency.
Redwire has hosted and administered the Food Standard Agency’s SACN website since 2003. In 2008 Redwire was tasked with redesigning the website and integrating its vast archive of content into our Content Management System – Codewire2. The new design provides government agencies, the press, the food industry and members of the public with intuitive and easy access to SACN’s documents, all of which are now fully administered by SACN staff. The new design gives SACN a fresh and friendly appearance while also maintaining their authoritative and independent stature.
