The Lord Mayor is the head of the City of London Corporation, which provides local government services for the financial and commercial heart of Britain, the 'Square Mile'. As part of his responsibilities, the Lord Mayor oversees the annual Dragon Awards scheme which celebrates corporate community involvement. It recognises businesses and public offices that go above and beyond their core work to significantly impact the regeneration of their local communities.

The Corporation wanted a new website to promote the Dragon Awards and encourage organisations to apply for an Award and to maintain and increase the number of organisations applying; to promote and strengthen corporate responsibility throughout London; allow applicants to easily apply online; provide news and information about the Awards throughout the year; and enhance the prestige of the Awards.

Working closely with the Dragon Awards team, we developed a secure online application process and management system providing comprehensive information on how to apply for an award. The website also includes video content of previous winners and a gallery of images form the annual awards dinner.

We have recently added a blog, survey tool and email marketing functionality.
